Media Hub

Instead of hunting for files each time, keep your go-to content organized in one place and pull it in whenever you need it

Getting Started with Media Hub

The Media Hub is your central library for storing photos, videos, PDFs, and forms — all the content you use most often when building proposals, setting up service plans, or creating templates. This allows for easy access when building proposals, rather than finding and uploading repeated media items each time.

Only Manager and Owner access roles can add items to the Media Hub

Standard users are read-only and can also add items from the Media Hub to their proposals.

Accessing the Media Hub

  1. On the left-hand side of your screen, click Media Hub.

  2. Once inside, you'll see four sections in the navigation:

    • Recent Uploads

    • Documents

    • Manufacturers

    • Forms

Recent Uploads

This is where you can upload new media or link out to video content.

  • Upload media: Add photos, videos, or other files directly.

  • Add a URL: Click the Add URL button to attach a video link. You'll be able to give it a name, description, and tags to keep things organized and easy to find later.

Managing your Items

At the top of the Recent Uploads screen, you have a few options:

  • Checkbox selection: Select one or multiple items at once to add or delete them in bulk.

  • View: Click the view button to open and preview a document.

  • Edit: Click the edit button to update an item's title, description, or tags — or to view it directly from the edit screen.

Documents

The Documents section houses all of your PDFs. You can:

  • Drag and drop files directly into the section, or

  • Click Browse to select files from your device.

Manufacturers

Smarter Launch partners with manufacturers to give you ready-made content for their products and offerings. For example:

  • Select a manufacturer to access their available photos, videos, and PDFs.

  • Use this content to enhance your proposals with professional product visuals and descriptions.

  • Add manufacturer content to your service plans and templates to give customers a clear picture of what to expect from their service and the products being used.

Forms

The Forms section includes a set of pre-loaded forms ready for you to use, such as:

  • WDI (Wood Destroying Insect) reports

  • Other industry-standard forms

Please reach out to us if you need to add Arizona WDIIR or Cali WDO forms, as these require special setup and training.

For more information on forms needed for state compliance, see here: State Compliance

Click a form and then select Import Into Custom Settings. The form will then be located under Settings > Custom Settings > Forms. These forms can be added at the template, service plan, or pricing option level.

You can also upload and store your own custom forms here. Any form in this section can be imported directly into your proposals.

Note: If you need a specific form added or have any other questions about setting up your Media Hub, reach out to our support team — we're happy to help! Email us at [email protected]
