Purpose
The Loom integration allows you to add video proposal walk-throughs that guide your customers through the purchasing process. By enabling Loom on your Smarter Launch account, you agree to the additional billing costs, terms and conditions associated with the integration.
How to Use Loom for Proposals
After creating your proposal, click on "Save & Preview". On the next screen, you will see a preview of your created proposal, and click on the "Start Recording" button in the upper-right corner of the window. Select your Microphone and Camera, click "Start Recording" and select the window/screen that you want to record.
Once the recording is finished, you will then see a preview of your recorded video and choose whether you delete, re-record, or insert the recording into your proposal. The screen recording will be on the bottom part of the proposal.

Loom recordings can be used to demonstrate real-time inspections or treatments. This provides a more dynamic and interactive way of presenting information compared to traditional written proposals. Clients can see exactly what the pest control professional is referring to.
