Our ISN (Inspector Support Network) integration makes it easy to import a customer from ISN directly into Smarter Launch while creating a new proposal.
What you'll need:
ISN Domain (https://4isn.com/...)
Company Key (https://4isn.com/[Your Company Key Here])
Access Key
Secret Access Key

Once you have those items, you'll simply navigate to your My Account area found in Settings, and you will fill them in the fields as shown below:
Once you've added your ISN settings, you'll then have the option to search for a customer within the proposal creation process. Simply search for a customer by name, and if you don't find the customer already in Smarter Launch, then you will select "Search in ISN" as shown below. This will then allow you to search within ISN and select the matching customer to import!
How it works:
When searching for a client within ISN, our integration will first attempt to search for any existing client and the address details associated with that client profile. If we do not find an address populated for that client record, we will search for any orders associated with the client during the current calendar year. We will then lookup the first (3) orders provided in the response and will display those as options for import into Smarter Launch.
