What are Company Settings?
Company settings are your company details, global branding configuration, as well as a few advanced features and settings that affect your entire account. Only Owner access roles can make changes to the company settings.
Company settings are located under Account > Settings > Company
Note for Multi-Location Accounts: The main company settings will affect ALL locations. If you need to make any branding or company details overrides for your other locations/brands you can do so by going to Settings > Locations > Click on a Location > Make changes under the General and Overrides tabs.
Company Name
This is the internal and customer facing name of your company. You can change your company name at any time in the Company settings.
Adding a Primary Logo and a Cover Header Photo
Add a primary logo and default cover header photo in your company settings to ensure brand alignment. The primary logo will appear in the upper left of all proposals and the default cover header photo will appear at the top of every proposal.
NOTE: You can override the default cover header photo on individual proposal templates by clicking into the template and expanding the cover header photo section.
You may end up replacing the cover header photo during proposal creation with a picture of the customer's property.
Company Description / About Us
Adding a company description / about us section is a great way to tell the customer who you are a business, your values, mission, etc... Tell your story here!
The company description appears near the top of your proposals.
Company Address, Phone, Email, Website, and License Number
Your company address, phone, email, website, and business license number will appear on all proposals.
Your company email address will appear in the footer of each proposal PDF page.
Company / Brand Colors and Fonts
Colors have two selections: primary and secondary. These colors will also be available in any text editors within Smarter Launch.
Fonts have two selections: Headline and Body. There is a dropdown for each. You are not able to upload custom fonts at this time.
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs
Terms of Service and Privacy Policy URLs are set in the company settings and are primarily used for the add-on SMS feature
Advanced Settings
The advanced settings in your company settings allow you to set a Google Analytics Measurement ID (primarily used for the customer generated proposals add-on), and to add custom CSS to enhance the look and feel of your proposals at a global level.
Custom CSS can also be added at the proposal template level under the advanced settings of your proposal template.
