Setting up My Account

How to personalize your account settings and ensure your information is displayed on proposals

How to Access My Account

My Account can be found and edited by going to the management section on the left > Settings > My Account


Information to Enter

In the My Account section, fill out these details:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Optional: Display Name (if left blank, defaults to First + Last name)

  • Company Position (e.g. Technician, Sales Rep)

  • License Number (if applicable in your state)

  • Phone Number and extension if applicable

  • Signature and Initials (upload or draw)

  • Photo (upload)

Recommended: Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account.


Why This Matters

  • Your details automatically appear on proposals under Prepared By, making proposals look personalized and professional

  • Some states require your license number or other credentials on proposals and official forms

  • This information carries over to state-required forms that need your name, license, or signature
