Setting up My Account

How to personalize your account settings and ensure your information is displayed on the proposals you create

How to Access My Account

  1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner of your screen.

  2. Select My Account.


Information to Enter

In the My Account section, fill out these details:

  • First Name and Last Name

  • Position (e.g. Technician, Sales Rep)

  • License Number (if applicable in your state)

  • Phone Number

  • Signature (upload or draw your digital signature)

  • Photo (upload a profile picture)

Why This Matters

  • Your details automatically appear on proposals under Prepared By, making your proposals look personalized and professional.

  • Some states require your license number or other credentials on proposals and official forms.

  • This information also carries over to state-required forms that need your name, license, or signature.


Enabling Dark Mode

Prefer a darker interface?

  1. Toggle Dark Mode in your My Account settings.

  2. Click Save to apply changes.


Don’t Forget to Save

Once you’ve updated your details, click Save to make sure your information is stored and reflected in your proposals and forms.
