How to Add a Video Walkthrough
Navigate to the proposal preview during proposal creation (Step 4 typically)
In the top right, you will see a start recording button, to the left of the send proposal button.
This feature uses the Loom Extension, which is only supported on desktop/laptop. Loom's supported browsers include the following:
Chrome
Bravo
Opera
Edge
The Loom extension will not show on other browsers/devices and that button will instead be replaced by a button prompting to "Upload Recording" which will pull locally from your device.
If you see "Upload Recording" are on a mobile device, you will also see a dropdown menu arrow to then select "Take Video". This will open your camera and allow you to take an inspection video and attach it to the proposal.
The below window will pop up when you hit that button, prompting you to begin recording.
If you would prefer to have a different recording option, hit the "screen and camera" field to be prompted with the below options.
Once you have selected start recording, it will prompt you to select which screen to record. Then there will be a short 3 second countdown before you can begin the walkthrough.
Upon completion of the video, you can choose to re-record the video, or attach the video to the proposal.
Should you attach the video and need to replace it, you can select the replace recording button.
