When sending a proposal, an SMS tab appears alongside the Email tab.

On the final “Send Proposal” step, turn on SMS if it isn’t already enabled, then open the SMS tab to customize your message. If SMS is already on, proceed to the next step.

Add any additional phone numbers in standard US format (if necessary): ​<code>(XXX) XXX-XXXX</code>

1. If multiple numbers are added, they will be sent as individual texts, not a group text

3. Click Save &amp; Send.
4. Preview your SMS message
5. Click Confirm &amp; Send

If you need to re-send a proposal via SMS that has already been sent do the following:

Navigate to Proposals &gt; View Proposals

Click on the Sent proposal you want to re-send via SMS

Click the share button in the upper right

Change the Send By Dropdown to be SMS

Make any phone number or message adjustments

1. Navigate to Proposals &gt; View Proposals
2. Click on the Sent proposal you want to re-send via SMS
3. Click the share button in the upper right

4. Change the Send By Dropdown to be SMS
5. Make any phone number or message adjustments
6. Click Preview
7. Click Confirm &amp; Send
