Proposal List View
The proposal list view allows you to see all of your proposals, their status, and several columns of helpful data. This is also where you can search, filter, and export your proposals. This view is available to all user access roles, but depending on your role you may be limited in which proposals you see.
To access the proposal list view, go to Proposals > View Proposals in the left navigation pane.
Searching for Proposals
To search for proposals, use the search bar at the top of the proposal list view. You can search by address, customer name, email, or template name/title.
Setting Filters in the Proposal List View
The proposal filter option allows you to narrow down the list of proposals you are viewing and/or helps you narrow down your proposal search results.

Editing Columns in Proposal List View
Tip: In addition to filters, we have an extensive list view setting where you can toggle information that is useful in the proposal view. This list is located to the right of your filter select, labeled as "Display Columns."
â
Column details are displayed as: Customer (Account Name), Primary Contact (Customer Primary Contact), Status (Proposal Status), Template (Proposal Template), Title, Address (Customer Address), Assigned (Team Member), Team, Location (Company Location), Date Created, Last Updated, Tags, Annual Revenue, First Year Revenue, Initial Revenue, Acceptance Rate.
To add, remove, or arrange the columns in the proposal list view click the Columns Button in the upper right (three bars icon).
You can toggle columns on or off and rearrange the order in which they appear in the proposal list view. Filter settings and column settings are set at a per user level and will not affect team members globally.
Tip: Understanding the Revenue Fields:
Proposal Initial Amount â the one-time upfront billing amount.
Annual Revenue Estimate â the estimated recurring revenue projected over a full year.
First Year Revenue Estimate â the combined total of the initial amount plus recurring revenue for the first 12 months. This is the same calculation used for Annual Contract Value in the proposal list view.
Note: Revenue only counts for line items that are actively selected/locked in on the proposal. Items marked as optional and left unselected are excluded from these totals, even if listed on the proposal.
These fields are also visible in exports and integrations, giving a clear view of each proposal's financial impact over its first year.
Proposal Overview
To access the proposal overview, click on a Sent, Accepted, or Declined proposal from the proposal list view. From here, you can see a proposal's activity, proposal details, toggle automations on/off, download PDFs, edit the proposal, and more.
đ Proposal Overview Details
In the proposal overview, you can see all of the details about the proposal including internal notes, pricing, agreements, photos, drawings, etc.
đ Proposal Activity Log
To see the activity log of a proposal, click the Activity Log icon in the upper right while in proposal overview. This is the best place to see a timeline/log of what has happened on a proposal including when it was sent, viewed, accepted, CRM integration activity, email delivery status, sync failures/successes, etc.
Tip: Click the plus button while in the activity log to create custom logs or add a reminder.
âĄď¸ Share/Re-Send a Proposal
While in the proposal overview, click the Share Icon in the upper right. From there you can re-send/share the proposal with the original recipient or someone new. You can also access the proposal URL from this feature.
⥠Toggle Automations On/Off for a Specific Proposal
In the proposal overview, you can toggle automations on/off for a specific proposal. Maybe you don't want a customer follow up going out for one of your proposals because you already spoke with them, this would be the best place to make that adjustment.
You can also force an automation to run for a specific proposal by clicking the play button next to the automation.
đ Download the Proposal PDF, Work Order, or Refresh the PDF
In the proposal overview, you have multiple PDF options, including:

Downloading the work order PDF
This is a more stripped down version of the proposal PDF, perfect for handing to a technician
Refresh the proposal PDF
This is primarily a troubleshooting tool to make sure all elements of the proposal have made their way to the PDF.
đ Preview or Edit your Proposal
While in the proposal overview, you can preview or edit your proposal by clicking either option in the upper right. Click the drop-down next to preview proposal to edit it.
