Tags are custom labels you create and apply to proposals to keep your work organized.
Whether you manage dozens of proposals a week or hundreds, tags provide a fast, flexible way to categorize, search, and filter proposals without changing how proposals are structured.
Common uses include categorizing proposals by:
Type (Residential, Commercial)
Scheduling Status (Completed, Needs Scheduled)
Priority (High Priority, Follow Up)
Campaign (Spring 2025, Referral, Online Coupon)
Customer Type (New, Existing)
Any other grouping that matches your workflow
