Purpose of Products
Products define the specific chemicals, tools, or materials used to deliver the service. These can be added to service plans if you would like to specify which products will be used for the proposed service(s).
Creating a Product
To create a product entry, you’ll need:
Photo (optional): Helps visually distinguish the product.
Name: A unique and descriptive name for the product.
Description: A short explanation outlining the product’s purpose, features, or usage.
Rules for Managing Products
These rules apply per company within the Smarter Launch platform and are not shared across companies:
Unique Names: Product names must be unique to prevent confusion.
No Deletion if in Use: Products assigned to an active service plan cannot be deleted. You must first remove the product from all associated plans before deleting.
