Purpose of Pests Treated
The Pests Treated feature defines which specific pests are covered by each service plan. It helps users quickly identify and select service plans that address their particular pest concerns, ensuring better alignment between customer needs and service offerings.
Creating a Pests Treated Entry
To add a new pest, the following details are required:
Photo: Optional. If not provided, the system displays an image with the pest’s initials.
Pest Name: Must be unique to avoid duplication and confusion.
Description: Optional. Add a brief summary or extra context about the pest.
Rules for Managing Pests Treated
These rules apply per company within the Smarter Launch platform and do not carry over between companies:
Unique Names Only: Pest names must be distinct within each company. Duplicate names are not allowed.
No Deletion if In Use: A pest cannot be deleted if it's currently linked to a service plan. This rule protects the integrity of active services.
