Overview of Service Agreements
Service agreements in Smarter Launch allow you to define the terms and conditions of your services. These agreements can be customized to include specific clauses, such as deposit requirements, and can be edited to reflect changes in your business policies.
How to Create or Edit Service Agreements
On the left navigation pane, go to Proposals > Service Agreements
From here, you can click the add +Add Service Agreement button in the upper right
You will then see a popup allowing you to input your agreement title and the legal verbiage for the agreement (These are both customer facing)
User Roles and Permissions
Only users with the Owner role have the necessary permissions to view and edit service agreements. Ensure that you have the appropriate role before attempting to make changes.
After creating your service agreement, go to your service plan > go to step 3 > click into the service agreement dropdown > add any applicable service agreements and hit save
On the proposal, the service agreement will appear in the Service Agreement section
Should multiple services be grouped together, all terms will show in this area.
