Why should I include reviews in my proposals?

Including reviews in a proposal you want to send to a customer can be beneficial for several reasons:

  1. Build Trust: Reviews from other customers can help build trust with your potential customer. When a customer is considering purchasing a product or service from you, they want to know that they can trust you. Including positive reviews from satisfied customers can help alleviate any doubts they may have and make them more likely to choose your business.

  2. Demonstrate Value: Reviews can also help demonstrate the value of your product or service. When customers see that others have had positive experiences with your offering, it can help reinforce that they are making a good decision in choosing your business.

  3. Address Concerns: Including reviews can also help address any concerns or objections your potential customer may have. If a customer has a specific concern about your product or service, such as its reliability or quality, including reviews that specifically address those concerns can help alleviate their worries and make them more likely to move forward with the purchase.

  4. Show Expertise: Including reviews that highlight your expertise and knowledge can also help position you as a thought leader in your industry. When customers see that you have a strong reputation for delivering quality products or services, they are more likely to trust you as an authority in your field.

Overall, including reviews in your proposal can help build trust, demonstrate value, address concerns, and position you as an expert. It is a powerful way to strengthen your proposal and make it more likely that the customer will choose your business.

Managing My Reviews

Your reviews can be fully managed within the Accounts Settings :: Custom Settings :: Reviews interface. You can include reviews from whatever platform you have used to receive feedback and reviews from your customers.

Reviews can be re-ordered to your liking. The top 5 reviews within your account will be pulled into your proposals and displayed in random order. If there is a review that you do not want to include in your results, you can simply delete the review.

Google Places / Google My Business Reviews

Optionally, if you have claimed your business on Google Places, you can retrieve your Google Places ID and automatically import any 4-5 star reviews into your account.

Unfortunately, if you do not have a physical address, Google does not provide us the ability to retrieve reviews for your company.
