Supported Internet Browsers
Smarter Launch is accessible through an Internet browser, on any device, there is no app to install. For the best experience, we recommend the following browsers on a computer or mobile device:
Chrome
Safari
Edge
Login URL
Navigate to either of the following:
smarterlaunch.com and select Customer Login
Once there, you will be presented with the login screen:
Login with your company Email Address and Password
If you don't know the email address associated with your account, reach out to one of the Smarter Launch admins at your company, or email [email protected]
If you don't know your password, click Forgot Password, or see our article on Resetting Your Smarter Launch Password
First Time Logging In?
You will be sent an invite via email
Click Accept Invitation in the email
Next, you will be prompted at this screen to create a password, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and select Register
You will then be sent a one-time email verification code
Enter the code to verify your email
After verification, you're all set!
Tip: Bookmark the login page for easier access in the future.
Device Home Screen Shortcut
For one-tap access on a tablet or mobile device, we recommend saving the login page as an icon to your home screen.
Apple Devices (iPhone & iPad)
Open the Safari browser and go to dashboard.smarterlaunch.com.
Tap the Menu button (three dots) located next to the web address bar.
Select Share from the pop-up menu.
Select Add to Home Screen from the list of options.
Optional: Rename the shortcut icon to Smarter Launch.
Tap Add in the top-right corner to finish.
Android & Google Devices (Phones & Tablets)
Open the Google Chrome browser and go to dashboard.smarterlaunch.com.
Tap the Menu button (three dots) in the top-right corner of the screen.
Select Add to Home Screen from the drop-down list.
Optional: Rename the shortcut icon to Smarter Launch.
Tap Add to finish.
