You may desire to have additional confirmation that your customers have consented to your terms and conditions.
First, navigate to the desired Proposal Template here:
Then, select the desired template or create a new one (top righthand corner):
Within the Proposal Templates > Service Agreements section, you must first select the "+Add Confirmation" button.
You also have the ability to customize what you want the acceptance text to say.
Within the Proposal Templates > Service Agreements section, select the lock icon to make this required to check before continuing on with the agreement. Multiple confirmations are able to be created for each template. The order of these can be changed by clicking and dragging the 3 lines on the left
Customers will not be able to accept and sign the agreement until they have checked the box.
