Setting A Specific Billing and Service Date

Change billing/service dates shown for specific service plan items within a proposal.

This guide will help you adjust the billing or service dates on your proposals' service plans. You can set individual service or billing dates for each different service plan, but not for each pricing option. This might dictate how your service plans and pricing options need to be organized.

Please note: This option is only visible if the proposal is in draft status.

To start, find the proposal you'd like to edit from the Proposals list and go to Step 2 (Service Plans):

Then, locate the gear icon for the service plan you want to update:

This opens a pop-up box where you can specify the billing and service dates:

Don't forget to save your settings!
