This guide will help you adjust the billing or service dates on your proposals' service plans. If you need to adjust the billing or service to a very specific date in the future, this is the way to go.
Please note: We can only see this option if the proposal is in draft status or if it hasn't been send to the customer yet.
To do this, you must locate the proposal from the list and go to the Step 2:
Then, locate the gear icon for the service plan you want to update:
You will be presented with a pop-up box where you will be able to specify the dates:
Don't forget to save your settings!
