This Team Member has Already Been Invited

You have someone that you invited to the platform, or was pulled into Smarter Launch from your CRM, but you cannot find them.

A common error that is received is "This team member has already been invited"

This error code flashes under the email that is attempting to be invited.


To Solve: Select the "Status" field to the right of the search bar, and change from the default "Active" to "All"

Once this is done, new users will appear (these are automatically imported from your CRM to be easily invited).

A few different status' may appear next to each person's name

  • Disabled

  • Pending Verification

  • Invited

  • Invite Expired

  • Confirmation Required

To "re-invite" the users, select the 3 dots to the left of their name and click Resend Invitation
