Manager

Owner

A Note on Location Access

Location assignment applies to all roles. If a user is not assigned to a location, they cannot access proposals from that location — this includes Managers and Team Supervisors. Location assignments are managed by an Owner or Administrator.

Additional Permissions

There are two optional permissions that can be toggled on or off within any team member's profile:

Require proposals to be approved by a Supervisor, Manager, or Owner Proposals created by a Standard user must be reviewed and sent by a higher-level role. The system will notify the first available Team Supervisor, Manager, or Owner to review and send the proposal.

Allow user to modify line items within a proposal When disabled, Standard users cannot edit existing line items or add new ones on Step 2 of proposal creation.
