Adding Webhooks to use with Pest AI

This guide explains how to set up webhooks in Automations to send proposal activity to Pest AI for testing.

Create a New Automation

  1. Go to Automations.

  2. Click Add New.

  3. Enter a Name and Description.

  4. Click Save.

Set the Trigger

  1. Select your desired trigger (e.g., Status = Sent, Accepted, Declined, or Viewed).

  2. Click Add Action.

  3. Choose Send a Webhook.

Add the Pest AI Webhook URL

  1. Paste the Webhook URL provided by Pest AI.

  2. Click Save. Once saved, any time the selected trigger occurs, the system will automatically send data (a payload) to Pest AI.

Test the Webhook

Send or update a proposal to trigger the automation. Confirm the payload is received inside Pest AI. If needed, use previously sent proposals to test webhook delivery.

Create separate automations for different statuses (Sent, Viewed, Accepted, Declined).

Each automation can use a different Pest AI webhook URL.

Different URLs can route data into different workflows inside Pest AI.
