The Smarter Launch team has put together an expansive set of new feature and improvements.

Details:
Customer Generated Proposals (Early Adopters): this new premium add-on allows your customers to create their own professional proposals by simply answering a few questions determined by you. That could be the square footage of their home, linear feet, or the number of stories the property has - fully configurable to you! Obtain new leads via QR Codes, website CTAs, and more! We are releasing this feature in a limited roll-out as we receive feedback, please reach-out to our support team for more details.
SMS: This has been a long requested feature, and we are proud to announce that the initial implementation of our SMS texting service is now available as a premium add-on. This feature will make it painless for you to send a message to your customer with a link for them to view their proposal. Future enhancements will allow for back and forth communication.
Video Recording: Previously, we relied on the Loom service for providing this functionality within Smarter Launch. This has now been fully built-in to Smarter Launch to allow for a much more customized and expansive service. Video Recording now allows you to view analytics for each of your videos (how many view, time spent watching, which device type (mobile/desktop), etc. The interface is a considerable improvement and we're excited to hear what you think.
2FA / Enhanced Security: Step up the security of your Smarter Launch account by adding 2-Factor Authentication to your account. We will be enabling the requirement to receive a code to your email to login within the next 2 weeks. If you would prefer to use a 2FA one-time password instead, please set it up in your account settings.
Drawing Tool: We've added quite a few enhancements to the drawing tool, including the ability to take multiple measurements on the Google Map tool. Usability improvements including revision history restoration (this will help if you've ever lost a drawing if your tablet dies, swipe away, etc.). We have even more enhancements coming to the drawing tool in the next couple weeks... get excited! :)
Advanced: Ability to pass proposal metadata into your proposals via the Chrome Extension URL. If you are using webhooks, this may be an interesting feature for you to touch base with us on.
In addition to these major features, we're introducing over 100 new enhancements to the UI, bug fixes, etc. Others of considerable note include the ability to specify a quantity when adding a custom line item to have the calculation performed automatically, many drawing tool feature additions (map multiple zones, set zone colors, symbol count variables, light/dark mode toggle, etc.)
What's coming next? You'll have to attend our upcoming Space Camp (yes, they're coming back!!) in March. Details will be forthcoming.
If you find that something is not working in your account, you may contact us using our new support system and please be patient with us. As you know, Smarter Launch is extremely customizable. While we do our best to ensure that releases are delivered without any issues, we do see a few snags here and there that pop-up.
