CRM API Guide

Get the instructions to your CRM provider to get the API Information needed to integrate with Smarter Launch.

To integrate with PestPac, please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Download this form, fill it out, and send it to [email protected]

Once you have received your API key and Tenant ID send them to [email protected]

Fieldwork

To integrate with Fieldwork, please follow the steps as outlined below:

  1. Create a new user named SmarterLaunch

  2. Under Users & Routes, you’ll see Share your calendar

  3. If you have more than one branch in Fieldwork, we need to know the name(s) of the branches that you’ve opted to license with Smarter Launch. The names of your branches must match the names of your company locations within Smarter Launch.

  4. Your API key is the long list of letters and numbers after “This is the API Key for Zapier Integration”

FieldRoutes

Please reach out to FieldRoutes Support via email to ask for your API token and key info if you do not already have it. FieldRoutes has a free and a paid tier for their API. If you are not currently on a paid tier, you can inquire with them as outlined below:

If you have multiple locations/offices within FieldRoutes, be sure to inquire about your global API key which will allow us to have access to all locations under a single set of API credentials.

Please send an email to [email protected] the following:

Single Location (Office):

"Hello, I need to get my API key and token to use the free limited read-and-write version of API access with Smarter Launch."

Multiple Locations (Offices):

"Hello, I need to get my global API key and token to use the free limited read-and-write version of API access with Smarter Launch."

GorillaDesk

While logged into your GorillaDesk account, navigate to your add-ons and activate your API add-on. (Please note, in order to access the API Add-on, you will need to be using the V3/Beta interface):

  • While logged into your GorillaDesk account, navigate to your add-ons and activate your API add-on. (Please note, in order to access the API Add-on, you will need to be using the V3/Beta interface)

  • Add a new key and label it as "Smarter Launch":

  • Copy the generated key

  • Paste it into your Smarter Launch onboarding form, in your GorillaDesk integration, or email it to us.

An API key must accompany every API request. You obtain an API key in one of two ways, depending on the type of key desired:

  • An Integration Partner API Key allows API access to the data of any Briostack subscriber through a common API key. Registered Integration Partner applications are listed in the Partner Directory in the Briostack UI and may be enabled by a subscriber with a single click.

  • You may also request the API Key and Subdomain by reaching out to us at [email protected]
